The staff were very friendly and attentive, both at reception and in the breakfast area. They helped us arrange tours and were very accommodating throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, we were able to use the pool, and the location was good, we could walk everywhere.
We also wanted to mention Mehmet, the tour guide we had for the Green Tour. He was outstanding: funny, attentive, and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend booking a tour with him!
Cleanliness could be better. The location is convenient, as we could walk everywhere; however, it is not on the main side of Göreme. The Red Tour was disappointing.
