The hygiëne, the location and the service of the host.
Also parking card available for parking just across the street.

Very helpful owner and great location. The appt is very comfortable and the underground parking is a very good option

Central location with parking, good beds and everything you would need normally.
During our stay the temperatures was crazy high. Even above 25 in the night. Aircon unit was very noisy so we had to shut off during night.

Spacious clean apartment.
Very noisy outside during the night with men yelling. Also very noisy in the upper apartment, woke us at 4 am banging around and then stomping down the stairwell.
