Location, this is a 5min walk into las americas, very close the the golden mile. Lots of shops/restaurants around.
Apartment was immaculately clean, great shower, all kitchen facilties, quiet location. Grounds were spotless, gates to complex are always locked and safe.
For us the pool was not heated enough, I couldn't get in it was that cold.
Communication was very slow from the host, I msg on several occasions and tended to only get a reply unless I phoned, that was a little frustrating although would not put me off staying here again. The host is very helpful when you speak to him.

The location was excellent , literally a few minutes walk to the beach . There is a shopping center around the corner which is really convenient. The room was really clean when we arrived . And the pool area was lovely . We will definitely book again if we ever visit Tenerife . 5 stars :)
