The attention and anticipation of the staff went above and beyond the usual. The room had a HUGE bed along with a built-in for clothes and suitcase storage. The bath was clean and modern. The bonus was WASHCLOTHS (Americans). The provided shuttle made access to Amsterdam Centraal especially easy. The bar/restaurant food was high quality and delicious.

Excellent staff! Polite and very friendly. They helped us book museum tickets, recommended restaurants, and were always very amiable. This hotel has an wonderful eco-friendly housekeeping system: we kept our room tidy and received bonuses for it 😁. A huge thank you for the free shuttle and the varied and abundant breakfast—thanks to the chef and the manager!
When we reserved the hotel via the Booking, there was no mention of additional daily city taxes, which ultimately significantly increased the cost of the stay. This came as a surprise—though the issue lies more with the booking operator than the hotel itself.
