The hotel was well presented and clean. Dinner was great, excellent service and quality.
The hotel is so large, that the distance to my room from reception and the restaurant was extreme.

Clean and spacious. Nice firm beds. Both the option to turn on AC or open windows to let the fresh air come through. Didn’t realise it has a pool until I checked in, nice surprise. The showers were perfect temperatures and nice water flow.
Navigating to find the main entrance and appropriate parking when first arriving. It’s massive and should have better signs.

Comfortable, quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff.
Charging for tap water is a disgrace. Serving hot food on cold plates is unprofessional.
Charging for car parking is disappointing.
Poor credit card machine was unsettling for some time until helpful staff could confirm payment.
