Excellent desk team. Very pleasant staff everywhere.
The stairs up to the room need a bit of a refresh - bit of paint, possibly new carpet.

The hotel is okay but a little old and a renovation could make it more attractive. It was very warm outside during my stay and there was no air-condition. With room above the restaurant terrace and at the main road sleeping with open window was no alternative. For the rest staff was friendly, it was clean and okay for a night

Quiet area. CLose to Hilbersum Sportpark.
Booked a twin room, wasn't really a twin room. Just two beds pushed together in a small room. Poor quality pillow, each.
Hollow bathroom door with big gap at the bottom. Not great for sound deadening when having to share with a non-significant other family member for personal noise surpressing...
Been before, when work took me to Hilversum, but this time was a bit disappointing.
