A HUGE flaw - one is not able to hold the mugs provided for tea !!! Too hot to hold ! In fact dangerous !!! They must be changed !! Little coffee cups were fine !

Everything looks really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. One of the most comfortable hotel beds I've ever slept in.
Great place to stay if you're going to a concert or if you just want to be close to the museums. The neighborhood is decent enough, so it feels safe at night.
The tablet check in/out system wasn't great, even if it's nice to have for late check-ins.

Staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and proactive in dealing with our issues.
We had some issues immediately - the room wasn't ready when we checked in at 2pm, and there was an issue with the toilet which caused it to make loud noises all of the first night. After complaining, staff offered to move us to another room. The new room was great, but wasps has found their way into it, which we had to get rid of.

It was close to the museums and could walk easily to the city centre
The walls are paper-thin and could hear every conversation of the neighbours from the rooms next to ours who were really loud. I have been woken up multiple times by people coming and going through the front door. The room was really small. The bathroom light kept flickering all the time while on.
