Everything was excellent, the staff are very friendly specially the gentleman who was in the reception Rene he is super good person and very friendly who makes us feel like a family, also I would like to thanks the manager who changed the room for us and gave us room in the ground floor instead from the second floor because of my mum as she is old lady and stairs are hard for her, very recommended place

I had a very pleasant, warm welcome.
I had read lots of reviews about bugs, but in this room there were no bugs, I had no issue with this.
The room is super tiny. And AC was not working. Window can not open, so it can feel a bit sophisticated because you don’t get “fresh” air. So the smell is also a bit mettalic in the room.
