Perfect location, 2 minute walk to a canal, 3 minute walk to the square, 12 min walk the station, 8 min walk to Jumbo, a great supermarket. The hotel is surrounded by cafes, restaurants, bars and general shopping. After getting the train to Amsterdam, we are so happy to return to the beautiful Haarlem. Rented bikes from green bikes and went out to the beach and small towns. Staff were great, we booked junior suites which was so worth it particularly after a long day and you wanted to put your feet up, relax with a glass of your favourite . Bed comfortable, bathroom was recently refurbished. Aircon and fridge worked well

can’t think one thing to change

In the middle of the old town and still quiet. The junior suites are spacious, but the window space varies with the storey level. Very small on upper floors.

Often one does not get the requested room (we stayed there many times, as it is convenient to the airport (AMS)), nor are the rooms ready in the early afternoon. The professionalism and kindness of the personnel varies. Breakfast is mediocre.
