Beautiful hotel The property is like a magical fairy castle , AMAZING !

Beautiful property with excellent staff and special setting. Great breakfast and refreshing (and cold!) waterfall pool. Lovely setting.

If you are walking the Camino - do not walk to the property. Walking directions take you on the freeway and it is very scary and dangerous. I wish I had known to just take a cab. Hotel will provide a cab back into town for free to restart the Camino. It’s a beautiful stay to splurge at during the Camino or to just go to if you are visiting the area. I would return to this hotel!

An oasis in Caldas de Reis. Abosolutely stunning. Well appointed, well decorated, loved the library and book collection, super friendly and accommodating staff. Dayana did our check- in and she was simply amazing. The pool, the garden, the restaurant, common areas were beautiful. We could refresh ourselves in the pool after a long walk on the Camino. It’s off the Camino and I recommend to take a taxi from the main church ( Santo Tomás ) next to the tourist office you can find the taxi station. It’s 2km drive but uphill and next to the road. You won’t regret staying in this place. The pictures don’t do this place justice. It is simply beautiful.

The Location is fantastic.

No Air Conditioning, very uncomfortable in summer. Food is below average for what would be expected at such a location. Deserts come in glass jars purchased elsewhere. No bar. To get a drink or food you must make a phone call. No receptionist, this role is shared by any member of staff. Expensive for what you get.
