Location is great. Liked the community kitchen and living areas. Bathroom and shower areas were good.
Sprucing up some areas with fresh paint would be helpful. There are little details like painting the metal shelves that are over the toilet. Ceiling fans for better comfort. The place gets quite warm. Could use some better used pans.
