Iberostar Selection Albufera Park All Inclusive

Staff is excellent, very attentive and all facilities are very clean. Especially suitable for families traveling with kids from all ages. During meal times there are staff walking around to clean around the tables where babies/toddlers sit as they tend to drop food. Everyone is very very friendly we had a great stay. Highly recommended for families traveling with kids

Buffet has a lot of variety but quality/taste is not super good

The facilities in the hotel were really good. Spacious rooms, great pools, nice public areas and direct access to a lovely beach. The hotel was excellent for children and the entertainment put on by the star camp team was really imaginative and fun. This was our first experience of an all-inclusive holiday and we were a wee bit apprehensive about being trapped with mediocre food but the food was of a really high standard. There was lots of choice and the food was fresh. My partner has an egg allergy and all of the food was really well labelled so she could relax and enjoy it. The staff were all really friendly.

The only very minor criticism (which the hotel can’t do anything about) is that beyond the beach there wasn’t much in the immediate vicinity which was worth seeing however transport links to Alcudia were good.

Parking cars are public. So, sometimes you have to wait few minutes until someone go out.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Quite dirty and run down. The pool had a very yellow ring around it and the ground could have been kept cleaner. The glasses were normally always dirty as well as the plates and silverware.
