The location of the hotel, the ease of getting along the promenade to walk to the beach/shops/restaurants. The staff were excellent, particularly the entertainment team. The shows were fabulous too. The buffet restaurant was excellent, choice of the food and variety were exceptional. We loved the art workshops that were on most days of our trip; particularly Marie who did the glass workshop and Laura who did the coffee art and polymer clay workshop. The team who led the aqua gym were excellent too! Also Ally at the swimming pool who brought us cool drinks every day!

The rooms were comfortable, but we could hear people coming back at late hours slamming their doors. We could hear everyone in each room next to us too. The cleaners were excellent and it was lovely to have a terrace outside our room and a nespresso machine in the room as well as a kettle. The shower was excellent with fresh towels provided every day.

It was close to the beach and promenade. Breakfast was superb with a lot varied food choices for adults and children. The beds were comfortable with Airconditioning.

Activities were for children and less for teenagers

The real gem of this place is the staff, particularly Michal (“Mich”) from management and Tamara from the Zeus buffet restaurant. They were exceptionally attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel itself is spotless and very well maintained, even if some areas feel a little outdated. It’s spacious, has direct access to the promenade and beach, and the grounds are kept in excellent condition. The food selection is great, with a wide variety of cuisines to choose from. Fish and beef cooked each day. Free parking.

The rooms are clean and well maintained, but they are in need of renovation and don’t quite meet the standards you would expect from a 5-star hotel. One of the biggest disappointments was the coffee, especially at breakfast, it was genuinely poor. If you’re a coffee lover, you’ll likely be very disappointed. Unfortunately, the coffee capsules provided in the room tasted much better than the coffee served in the restaurant. Another downside is that the “double bed” is actually made up of two single beds pushed together. Basic toiletries such as cotton buds or razors are also not readily available in the room and need to be requested from reception.

The location was great. Close to the beach and walks along the seafront. The staff were brilliant…..very friendly, helpful and thoughtful. I can’t praise them enough.

The air conditioning didn’t work properly and the maintenance team were hopeless. They never fixed it so the room was always stuffy. The bed was extremely uncomfortably and we woke up with back ache every morning. We booked 2 single beds but they gave us a double but no apology!
