Buffet breakfast was excellent as was the room.
Parking facilities are inadequate, they need 5-10 more spaces to properly accommodate all guests. If you arrive after 16:00 you are likely to be out of spaces and need to park along the side.
Poor maintenance meant that the shower didn’t work properly.

Location
Having to put a time for breakfast. It seemed more for their convenience, we woke up late but they fitted us in-reluctantly😁

Very nice location, adjacent to a big park and close to the beach.

This was a disappointment. A great building, but felt sad and not properly maintained, the dining room had over a dozen lightbulbs failed and not replaced. The staff felt demotivated and grumpy, probably as a result of it not being properly managed with commitment..
Food was simply inadequate, with poor selection; I ended up ordering a hamburger as there was nothing else available that I felt I could eat. A (capsule) coffee machine, the only one in the breakfast room, had an old label stuck on it saying 'out of order'; no attempt to replace or repair and it summed up how everything felt. Litter in the grounds,
