There were private events on during our stay which prevented access to some areas.

Especially liked being able to eat a very good meal early in the bar/cafeteria.
Also the reception staff - they were really pleasant and helpful, both at check in and departure. We needed to store our two bikes, which they put in the office overnight because they already had a huge cycling group staying. The waiter in the cafeteria was also extremely pleasant. Thank you all very much.

Beautiful building and lovely views
Nothing to dislike. However, it is quite remote so need to eat in the restaurant. Breakfast was good and dinner was ok but not exceptional

Great location, stunning views, clean & comfortable room, great bed.
The restaurant food for dinner was very disappointing. The menu appeared interesting but all the dishes we chose were poor. No where in the morning to get a coffee other than pay fir breakfast. The food & beverage side detract from what otherwise is a stunning hotel.
