The stay was great. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the WiFi was stable throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent, and the kitchen staff were amazing. The reception team was also very welcoming and helpful.

The only issue we experienced was on Monday, the 28th, in the evening. We approached the reception desk to report that Room 434 had not been restocked with tea, coffee, and bathroom amenities. We also raised a concern regarding Room 435, which was part of the same booking. The receptionist on duty, a gentleman with a beard, responded rudely and told us that the guests in Room 435 should come and complain themselves. He also stated that daily replenishment was not required because the items were complimentary.Although he eventually came later that evening to restock Room 434, it was not done immediately, and Room 435 was not attended to. His attitude and handling of the situation were disappointing and did not reflect the excellent service provided by the rest of the staff.

Parking it abit of a problem , parking area is tooo small

The location was central, with the beach and shops being close by. The room size was big, with a well stocked kitchen. Also the shampoo and body wash is of a high quality. The bed was comfortable.

The room has dirty and old carpets. The lift is old and needs an upgrade. The entrance can do with a facelift. A long mirror would be value add.
