We visited Franschoek as part of our trip along the Western Cape. The staff were extremely helpful when we encountered an issue with booking a taxi to a special celebration dinner in a local wine farm . Hotel management could not have done more in terms of listening to our concerns and rectifying same. Highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a really relaxed, homely and welcoming vibe. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff, they go out of their way to make your stay memorable.
Incredible breakfast and funky interior with a lovely heated pool for a quick dip!

The personal service touches. Really friendly staff that looked after all our needs.
More lighting required in the bathroom around the mirror.
And would like a chair in the bedroom if it could fit.
