The room was excellent, overlooking the garden with sliding doors opening onto a patio.
The scrambled eggs at breakfast were poor for a hotel of this stature.

Always LOVE the Vineyard. And now they have fixed the slamming doors it’s perfection. Have known the staff for years — always so lovely. Thanks to MT and the whole gang!

I’m a regular! And I love the vineyard but this is not a great time of year to visit. Everything is being maintained and the staff seem tired and not willing to help. The pool was closed and I was told it’s closed from May - November because of winter. We could even get a lounger and pool side service. Which I expect from a 5 star hotel.
Lack of understanding that the pool should be accessible to all guests even in off peak season
