The hotel is very big with lots of room and the pool is fantastic,spotless clean and cleaning staff are very friendly plus the sea view is lovely

The food,plenty of it but no flavour and just mass produced,but I guess they so many people to be fed,would be nice to have a choice of a different dining experience

It was nice 5 nights with our 9month baby. Breakfast was good 4/5, swimming pools 100/5, location 10/10.

Coffee machine can be improved. The rest was perfect

The hotel itself is lovely, featuring comfortable rooms, great pool facilities, and tasty food. The location is very convenient, just a short walk to the beach, a quick transfer from the airport, and ideally situated for visiting both Torremolinos and Málaga center.

Housekeeping was incomplete upon check-in. We arrived to a used spoon, no bin liner, and no hand soap. When raising this at reception, the agent walked away mid-sentence to grab a phone and seemed distracted. While soap and a spoon were brought up, the bin was never sorted. Overall customer service felt bare-minimum across the hotel. At the dinner buffet, drinks cannot be self-served, yet staff were visibly overwhelmed and we repeatedly had to flag them down just to place an order.

Bar staff was rude when asked for ice. Had to ask Restaurant staff 3times for a drink to be delivered. Shower made so much nosies and reception did nothing about it. Cleaner just opened the door in the morning while we were sleeping. We could not play with beach ball in the pool. Lounge was dirty, and also got warning note that we could not reserve it for more than an hour if not returned to the lounge.
