Comfort Hotel Sundsvall

I had a genuinely great stay at Comfort Hotel Sundsvall. From check‑in to checkout, everything felt effortless and welcoming. The reception team set the tone right away — friendly, efficient, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was comfortable, quiet, and well‑designed, making it easy to unwind after a long day on the road. A solid choice for travellers — especially if you appreciate a stay that just works without any hassle.

Excellent room 451! To access this room, you need to take the lift down to the -1 basement floor then walk through the corridor to the other side of the hotel, then take the lift up to the 4th floor to reach it. I stayed at this hotel for 3 years in a row, and it's still the same~ Breakfast is still the same with bread, crossiant, coffee, milk, water, fruits from watermelon to apples then main course are sliced meat & sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, baked beans, and pancake/crepes! This time, I rented a bike for a whole day for 149 kronas....that was pretty nice to get around the city. Unfortunately, there are lots of hills and slopes going up...it will be extremely difficult to pedal uphill, so I had to walk the bike up the hill. But once I'm up on the summit, going down the hill is a breeze! But I had to be careful of pedestrians and other cars. I'll stay here again next year when I come back.

Clean and close to the city. Comfortable beds! Good choice of breakfast!

# Sounds all over the place. It’s for me weird to listen my next room how they talk or activity. # They free upgrade my room but the bed is not joined together. It’s hard to sleep because the two single bed most of time detaches which is most uncomfortable. # I expect amenity like Toothbrush and Toothpaste Kit & also a room shoes.
