The hotel is well located. Close to the promenade, mojo market, shopping, restaurants. Great if you just want to walk around.
Hotel is a good size.
One of the lady's at the front desk was just not helpful. My TV was not working for 2 days and I had to keep on going downstairs to get feedback. It was very frustrating.
The beds are not the most comfortable. And the bathrooms need to be upgraded a bit especially with the price we are paying.
The view was terrible as there was construction happening all around the building and sometimes we could not access the parking. However, that was out of their control.
