Superb Location with rooms looking directly into the Grand Place. Comfortable Clean Accommodation with friendly welcoming and attentive staff. Lauir was particularly helpful and accommodating and made a real effort to welcome us and make our stay enjoyable. We would highly recommend this superb hotel.

Our room overlooked the Grand Place which remained quite lively throughout the night. We closed the double glazing to eliminate the noise. The hotel receptionist Lauer was very friendly and helpful, recommending places for us to visit in his city. We rode the city's Villo bikes out to the Atomium.

Breakfast was in a cafe across the square, it wasn't very clear how much breakfast was part of the deal. But it was fine.

So central and close to everything

The location is in the heart of The Grand Place.

This is not an easy location to get to. The square inside the Grand Place is closed to vehicles after 10am. If you take a taxi you will still need to walk with your luggage on cobblestones. Same for other transportation methods. We had a basic room with no view. We weren't planning on spending much time in the room, so no need for added expense. But, a picture on the wall would have been nice or some color in the room. The hallway and room looked very much like an institution. There was only someone at the desk in the morning, and when they expected someone to check. If you needed something, they left a number to call, or contact thru WhatsApp. It was just very different from a normal hotel room.
