What a lovely hotel - the friendly helpful staff, the really relaxing ambience from the minute you walk in, the comfortable rooms; loved our stay - and will return!
Kettle facilities to make a cup of herbal tea early morning or late night would be a good addition.

Great location, clean & reasonably priced
Bathroom was quite small & the surrounding streets are very noisy during the night

Nicely presented, with comfy rooms.
Young funky vibe and very relaxed atmosphere
Close to the train station and all central attractions including Tivoli Gardens
There was renovations going on so the bar was a temporary reception. Despite assurances about accessibility before our trip there was a large plant blocking the electrical disabled lift/ramp and staff insisted the ramp was out of order. Even if it wasn’t it was unusable because of the large plant blocking it

The staff
My room was minuscule. Banged my shins on the bed frame numerous times. Bathrooms small that if you went in there and sat in the toilet, you might bang your head on the sink.
