Location was just a 2 min walk to train, bus pass and train pass included in your stay, along with breakfast. Had parking included which is a plus! Beautiful garden to sit by and enjoy the views of the mountains.
Very noisy. Could hear the upstairs rooms moving around, and doors slamming early hours of the morning.

Location is great- in a small town but very close to the train station with very easy access to Interlaken and Lauterbruen valley and surrounding areas. Breakfast was very good. The view from the balcony in the room was amazing. The gardens surrounding the property are really lovely.
The room and furnishings were a little outdated but clean.

The hotel has a charming, slightly older feel with quiet surroundings and beautiful mountain and garden views. It’s away from the busy tourist areas but still conveniently close to Migros. It has no elevator, but the staff are friendly and the breakfast is good.
In summer, the rooms can get quite hot during the day since there’s no air conditioning, only a small electric fan. At night, we opened the windows, which helped cool the room down.The electrical sockets can be unreliable.

Convenient to train. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was good. Balcony was enjoyable except when other guests had nasty strong perfume wafting up at us.
No elevator and we were on the 4th floor. We’re in our 70s and no one helped with our luggage. Step up to the bathroom is dangerous. Nasty stubbed toe there. Limited electric outlets-found a power strip under the bed. This is an old building and you can hear everything. Creaky floors and flushing…
