It’s located was excellent for centre of city

The view from the room was poor. The noise from workmen at 7am was too loud. Although we didn’t cook a meal a microwave oven would be useful. I found a nail clipping from a previous customer on my bedside table

Easy to access from the train station. Very clean premises. Quiet, secure, private. Having access to laundry facilities is great. The laundry lounge area and the outdoor courtyard were appreciated.

The washing machine drums all smell musty and the machines indicate that the drums need to be cleaned. The white fabric upholstery on the kitchen table chairs was ill thought out and the chairs looked not as clean as the rest of the apartment. The blackout curtain in the bed area had it’s corner clip broken. This prevents the curtain from making an effective “seal” against that side and so light shines in on the bed.

Room was nice and they provided us with a crib and highchair for our baby. The kitchen is well equipped even though you can’t cook, we still managed to eat breakfast and one mean at home buying food that was already ready. Staff was nice and accomodated our request to check-in one hour earlier to let the baby sleep in the room.

The fact that you can’t cook. They said they had to remove the heating equipment for some regulation.

Location a short walk to the train station and old town. Comfortable bed and good size modern room for two people and a balcony if you choose this option. You can also leave your luggage in the lockers in block A,so quite handy if you have a later departure after checking out.

Having never stayed in an apartment before we found it soulless and a pain to keep entering a PIN code to enter the building and room. Due to local regulations there is no way you can cook anything to eat which for us defeats the purpose of staying in a apartment. There was no information pack or microwave in the room which other people have mentioned in previous comments and the response from the owners has been we will take this in consideration but have not acted on any constructive feedback. Apparently they have a contact phone number but it rings then cuts off,so all communication is done via What’s App
