Atlantis, The Palm

Our stay at Atlantis, The Palm was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end! The hotel is truly spectacular, but what made our experience so special was the exceptional service and the attention to detail shown by the staff throughout our stay. The service was first-class, with staff who were consistently warm, friendly, professional and attentive. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a memorable experience. The genuine hospitality made us feel truly valued as guests. The buffet breakfast was a real highlight! The selection was incredible, with an amazing variety of fresh, delicious food to suit every taste. From the freshly prepared options to the beautiful presentation and excellent quality, there was so much to choose from. The staff kept everything well stocked, and the service was efficient and welcoming despite how busy breakfast could be. It was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel itself is magnificent, with its stunning surroundings, luxurious atmosphere and world-class facilities. Every aspect of the experience reflected the high standards you would expect from such an iconic resort. Atlantis, The Palm exceeded our expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for a truly special luxury hotel experience in Dubai. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. We would absolutely love to return!

This is the best hotel ever for family vacation. It is worth every single penny. The service, facilities, food, access to Waterpark, a mall in the hotel, Restaurants... you can't find a hotel in the world like this. You will pay a premium booking this hotel, but you will not regret it at all. This hotel will actually save you the money, time and effort by providing you with everything you need without leaving the premise. (You won't need to rent a car, take taxis, get stuck in Dubai's traffic, pay for attractions... etc). You can easily stay at this hotel for days with the kids and just never leave. The service in this hotel is insane. The staff is wonderful. Breakfast is Amazing make sure you get it included. Room service food is Top tier. Room is spacious and beds are very comfortable (Took a corner king room, 2 Adults and 2 children). Again, if you are looking for options now, just book this hotel. It is not worth booking another hotel just for the sake of it being cheaper.. even if it's nearby it.

We recently stayed at Terrace suite of Atlantis, The Palm to celebrate a very special milestone, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were greeted with an incredibly warm welcome that made us feel instantly valued. Throughout our stay, the team continuously delighted us with wonderful surprises that made our celebration feel so personal and magical. The exceptional service and attention to detail turned an already beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. Special Thank you to Aaliyah-VIP services, Tyreece-VIP Services, Almaine-Team Leader, Imperial Club Lounge, and all Atlantis team members—we cannot wait to come back! Also I express my deepest appreciation to Mr Kym Barter & Elizabeth from the top management team for your exceptional kindness and personal attention during our recent stay at Atlantis, The Palm. Great location

We have stayed at the Atlantis many times. I think this will be our last. It was quiet but the staff seemed less interested. Normally service is amazing but not this time. And there’s building works going on that Jo one told us about.
