Great location and close to the havelock mrt station

location was good

Didn't like the 'self service' or the no housekeeping. Clean towels daily, at least, would have been preferred. Dinner service was terrible, we waited more than 1 hour after we ordered for our (very ordinary) food. Overall, we found the staff uninterested.

Lucky we booked breakfast with our room as there are no close outside alternatives.

We had our teenage grandaughter with us. Would have liked a daily room clean, not every 3rd day. By the 3rd day the towels were getting a bit manky, no clean cups or mugs unless we did the dishes. bamboo spoons can only be used so often for coffee. Near the elevator on each floor is a set of drawers containing toilet paper, tissues, tea & coffee sachets. A few towels on a shelf next to the drawers, the towels disappeared quickly and weren't replaced often enough.

We liked the location.

It was very tired. There was mould on bathroom door. It smelt musty.
