Sama Sama Hotel KLIA

We stayed here between our flight from Amsterdam and connection to Singapore. The hotel is excellent for a short stay between flights. We walked from Terminal 1 because we wanted to stretch our legs after a long haul flight, and found the hotel well signed. We used the complimentary buggy service on the way back to the airport, and that was also excellent. The hotel was clean, and the staff was friendly. The check-in and concierge staff all spoke excellent English. We ate at the restaurant twice, tried both the buffet and the a la carte. Both were reasonably good but I would probably opt for the a la carte if going again. We also did a short walk in the area, around the open grass area in front of the hotel. It meant walking next to the road leading to the airport, but it was not too busy the area was safe and quiet and it was nice to walk after a long flight. The hotel was undergoing some renovations when we were there but the noise levels were reasonable and the louder renovations were done only during the day, and did not bother us.
