Clean rooms, plenty of food options nearby

No longer have loud fireworks till midnight. Good move restricting this activity to 10pm.

Great location by the beach. Great breakfast selection and fun water play for the kids.

Waited > 10minutes to check in around 6pm.

We stayed with another family and had the best experience. We booked a hotel transfer, and once arriving into the lobby it’s really lovely. Check in was seamless, our room was large and very clean, and we enjoyed how it was serviced to a high standard each day. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. The wifi works very well. The kids loved the pools and water slides, there are monkeys to delight in! The grounds are well kept and the hotel is in walking distance to night markets and food hawkers. Easy to get a Grab to Escape and Entopia too. Definitely worthwhile getting up early for breakfast (it’s incredible) but can get very busy after 8am. It suited us as we are early risers. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. We can’t wait to return again.

Services are very poor and getting worst We requested for sea view with connecting room but the reception lady gave us 2 separate rooms , very frustrating I went downstairs and another reception guy said “sorry You booked through 3rd party and we are fully booked , theres no available room” After much argument we finally get the connecting room The reception should not have given us that stupid excuses If they are young and inexperienced staff don’t put them at front desk
