Good location, good breakfast

No restaurant to enjoy dinner after 10pm ! All restaurants at the mall nearby close at 9.30…and no restaurant at the hotel! The pool is not well maintained …. In addition i asked a late check out ( with a charge) and they told me to leave the room as they were all rooms booked???😳… the hotel needs renovation…

Rooms are Clean, The Buffets are Fulfilling and Delicious, would stay again in the future. Highly recommended. Every thing is nice. Since I am only speaking in beha

I am the one speaking for the guest. But I think, he really likes the hotel since he insist in extending for 5 more days even though he has the option to move in a different area. No dislikes at alll

Excellent service however need to improve the service during check-in.. need to que and wait for a long time

Staff, including housekeeping team are efficient ans friendly

The room.was a huge disappointment. It was run-down, the bathroom was less than clean with yellowing toilet bowl. It was a deluxe family room but with no sofa, just 3 hard-backed chair. And the lights in the room and throughout the hotel was soo dim! Our favourite hotel felt like such a let down this time. We were told there would be 4 beds and assumed it was a suite with bedrooms. We got a queen bed and an extra bed which was not comforta ble. Pillow was old and flat.
