Very central and easy to get around Kuala Lumpur. The gym is huge. The breakfast has a very big range of options. The coffee at the cafe downstairs is incredible! Being attached to the mall makes life a lot more convenient
The room layout was strange, there is only one place to put your luggage but then there is no where to unpack your clothes so I ended up living out of my suitcase for the entire time.

The place is very convenient for shopping
Please fix your parking. Please allocate some parking lots for the hotel. It took more than 1 hour to find parking whenever I took the car out. Very inconvenient. Since the parking being shared by corporate offices, the mall and the hotel, the parking is nightmare. Please fix it.

Very comfortable and clean. Located inside The Gardens Mall, highly convenient and accessible to a variety of shops
Difficult to get ahold of reception when calling in to enquire about booking. Many tries ended without anyone picking up. There is also no dedicated parking slot for guests of the hotel, a fee of RM5 a day is required and shared with patrons of the mall.

Location, friendly staff, sizeable 1 bedroom
Housekeeping remove towels meant for washing which is correct but they forgot to leave behind replacement towels for me.
As I was got back to the room past midnight so I just make do with the face towels to dry myself after a shower.
Perhaps housekeeping personnel can be more attentive in the future.
Looking forward to the hotel tower reopening after renovation.
