Pullman Kuala Lumpur City Centre Hotel & Residences

I love the room environment and have a bathtub to let me a hot bathtub but My leg got cramp due to floor too cold ..it will be better if can provide a mat to step prevent cold... the pillow i love it soft but bed too hard for me.the spaghetti was really nice , good job

The food was normal , not really 5 star standard less choice... i ask for normal crossaint there none... i ask for sandwich but there is no tuna sandwich .. and my room was light malfunction.. if keep turn different color after 10 seconds its irritaying my eyes so i turn off end up my room darker. And i got step on a curve sharp screw ,luckily it didnt went thru my flesh or else something will be happen. Please do a walkway with roof during raining.. because banyan tree link bridge they dont let me enter with your umbrella my shies got wet because of this need walk farway .... As a 5 star hotel there is no shuttle or link bridge cover roof... it unacceptable for a hotel in KL CITY CENTRE

It’s behind the pavilion and on the quieter part, coffee pods, amazing hair dryer, four bottles of water

There were three coin sized dots of bloodstain on the bed (not obvious cause it seemed to be cleaned hapzardly) and mattress (if you lift the sheets they’re glaringly obvious) and there’s a bloodstain on the towel. It was horrifying that they didnt change the sheets and towel and their defense was somewhere along ‘it was a busy sunday, so many checkouts’. Anyway they’re quick to change everything but that ruined the first night.
