Все было отлично , в отеле чисто, чудесный вид из номера , вкусные завтраки, трасфер на пляж и обратно- очень удобная опция, и по приезду встретили с парома и отвезли обратно по окончании отпуска, персонал максимально приветлив, хочу снова туда вернуться

Если не успел на трасфер до пляжа- спуск к морю и особенно подьем может быть несколько утомителен, но не критично

Morning buffet was nice.

The room appearance and comfort as well as use of the thermal pools. Breakfast was a good variety. The salads at the pool bar were excellent

The AC in the rooms was barely adequate. Food was expensive in the on-site restaurants. The cleanliness of the pools could be improved. Location did not lend itself to shopping or walking to any restaurants

The older bartender at the poor bar is excellent, he went out his way of hospitality and have a great standard in his cocktail making; the restaurant attendant at breakfast was friendly and helpful when we were running late for breakfast trying to catch the boat.

The picture could bring a bit of mis expectation of the place, the infrastructure was great but it’s often very crowded and needs a bit of maintenance The general staying experience was okay until I booked for the relaxing massage… It’s the worst massage ever, the staff has completely no clue what they are doing, it’s basically applying oil all over your body with no pressure at all, I tried my best to enjoy but everything you understand from massage just didn’t happen, the “oil applying”started from my feet goes all the way to my face… fully cover in dripping oil… Seriously, if you really want to waste your money then go for it..
