Excellent staff, they went above and beyond. Nice common areas, clean room, all perfect in a nice location close to restaurants

Location is excellent.
Close to the train into Paris.
And accessible to other landmark sites in Paris.
The staff were very helpful.
The room itself was small but not too bad.
The bath was small and not very suitable.
Would be better to have a shower in the bath room

The lounge was chic and close to notre dame. The staff were sweet and nice.
Didn't have AC 2 of the 3 nights there. The area nightlife was not exactly family friendly. Had two rooms and the second room also didn't have AC the last night. Had a bedside light that was dum and was told it would be fixed but never was. The staff is young and nice but seemed handcuffed in regards to authority.
