The housekeeping is top notch
the staff-in buffet breakfast (waitresses, waiter ) dont even know the product been serve in buffet, Example (the dairy free yogurt that available by request, when guest asking instead of get inside the kitchen they show a REGULAR DAIRY PLAIN YOGURT...... which is serious allergy can be happened if the guest eating that one they show wrongly.

Great location in Silom and best breakfast buffet. It’s a nice hotel with great amenities.
Rooms were a bit dated the pool area was small and there was a foul smell on 5th floor. However the staff was wonderful which made up for any downsides.

The overall experienced was excellent. The room was great and clean. Location is great not far to the BTS and great places to eat near the hotel as well.
Nothing much.. The only thing I wish could be better would be on breakfast and lunch, if they could move all the halal food to one area so easier for muslim traveller to see the overall selection.

Very nice view, very, good breakfast
Very old furniture, stretched floor, rundown hotel,
With family it's was a suprise to arrive to a GAY flagged entrance ...it's a gay hotel basically which is ok, just very loudly showing it's gay friendly.
