Hyatt Regency Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport

The staff

The bed mattress was very uncomfortable, you could feel the lumps and what felt like wires.

Facilities excellent and staff so helpful

Nothing

Here’s a warmer, more polished B2 version: A very convenient hotel right at the airport. There is a shuttle every 10 minutes, or you can simply walk through the tunnel in about 7 minutes. Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was quiet with a very comfortable bed. The bar is open until midnight, and breakfast is available from 3 am, which is perfect for early flights. The buffet is generous, with a great selection of delicious food. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. A lovely extra touch: 4 bottles of Singha water are included in the room. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant stay.
