Santhiya Koh Phangan Resort & Spa - Up to THB 2,000 Resort Credit per Night

We had a wonderful stay! We booked a room with pool access and absolutely loved it. The staff was amazing, friendly, and professional, and the breakfast had a great variety of options. The shuttle to the upper rooms was always available and had a very short waiting time, which was very convenient. I also really liked the hotel’s location. Although it’s not right in the busiest part of the island, a short walk along the beach takes you to a charming walking street with great local restaurants, massages, small bars, and more. I really enjoyed walking there every evening. Highly recommended! we would definitely stay here again.

We wanted a relaxing retreat and this hotel is superb! Very great location, the hotel blends into the Dschungel with beautiful wood design. the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is great. There is a large sand beach right next to the hotels beach for those looking to swim and bathe a bit more. We wished the evening food menu would have included more thai options such as were present during breakfast. But overall we were very pleased with our stay. We observed some guest being difficult with some circumstances such as some maitainance required as one pool needed fixing etc.. which may explain some of the negative reviews here - but i want to stress again that the staff is very friendly and does an excellent job We look forward to staying a a santhiaya hotel again

Would be great to have some if the Thai food options from the morning in the a la karte menu

We really loved the bedroom with the private swimming pool, the hotel Beach, the food in their breakfast and in the restaurant, most of the Hotel staff are really kind and nice.

Some areas of the Hotel had really bad smell, Gym equipment can be upgraded, The checkout process was really weird, the Hotel staff was more interested in checking no one stole any towels then asking how was our stay. Because the hotel is so remote transportation to get there is really expensive I would appreciate it if the Hotel would offer a cheap or free shuttle service from the pier to the hotel and back.

It was a thoughtful resort with a shuttle to ship you around as it was a large complex. Staff were accommodating.

We only stayed for one night, so we couldn't do any of the free activities like yoga or boxing... The type of people that stay here too, are quite undesirable. Don't stay here if you want poor company. The pool smelt a little like sulphur and the surrounding garden area was neglected.
