Centara Hotel Hat Yai

Superb location, just besides Lee Garden night market. Spacious room, clean and comfy bed. Breakfast has variety of choices. The staffs are very friendly and polite. Has staff and security personnel standby all the time on the ground floor so we feel safe whenever we are in the hotel compound. The food and drinks stalls set up and handled by the hotel chefs and staffs at the ground floor driveway tunnel are a plus point for Centara Hotel and we love it so much.

Not a 4 star hotel. It’s an average 3 star. Old. Needs refurbishing. Smelly hall ways. When you arrive it is not obvious where the entrance to the hotel is because there is no reception, just 2 elevators. When you get in the elevator there is no information which floor reception is ! It’s on the 6th floor ! The singer in the reception area was awful (tone deaf). There was a big black hair on the bed. During the night other doors in the hall way were slamming loud. In the morning other doors in the hall way were slamming loud. The owners and management of this property have some work to do.
