Amari Phuket

The staff is very informative and welcoming.. they explain everything.. the service is so fast .. I took two bedroom suit the view is amazing .. I felt so relaxed and happy during my stay.. escaping the city and the crowded hotels this one you feel it’s quiet and peaceful place. I was enjoying the shuttle and it comes very fast. Resort is very spacious and I felt I’m in the forest..

Cleaning is not that much good .. They don’t change towels even the one I throw on floor I saw it’s kept back again . The breakfast buffet no variety of cheese but I liked the fruits provided .

The Amari Phuket is a fantastic hotel in a great location at Patong. It's just enough out of the craziness but close enough that you can walk (if you like the heat) or catch a tuk tuk or the free shuttle into the main streets. The view from our room was spectacular and the room is a great size with all amenities. A great view comes with the trade off of having to walk up a lot of stairs and hills - most of this is taken care of with the free shuttles to your room - but it wouldn't be a good place for anyone with mobility issues. The staff are lovely and friendly. We quite liked having the Coral Room access where we could stop for a cool drink and snack on the way down to the pool.

The breakfast buffet offered a great spread but some items ended up being cold as they were kept under heat lamps. But that's just a tiny thing.

The whole resort was very picturesque and was equipped with really nice facilities.

The location was beautiful - on the side of the mountain, but really inconvenient to get anywhere within walking distance (especially in the heat). It felt silly catching a grab just to get to 7/11 a few min drive up the road for water and snacks but it was too far to walk during the hottest part of the day
