Scandic Stavanger Park

The staff were really friendly and helpful. We were lucky enough to be given an upgrade when we checked in - thank you to whoever arranged that! It made our wedding anniversary trip away extra special. The room was a really good size (huge) and spotlessly clean. The beds were comfortable. The shower was good and powerful. Breakfast was fantastic - a wide selection of hot and cold food. The location is fine, just a 10 minute walk to the centre, harbour and old town. Great for getting buses to and from the airport and for sightseeing. The buses were efficient and clean - buy tickets online for the best price. Little UHT pots of milk are not supplied, however there is a fridge in the room and a convenience store virtually next door. We will definitely stay again.

Only really minor points: The hotel is on a busy road - our room overlooked a 4 way roundabout. Having said that, we were on the second floor and couldn't really hear the traffic. The restaurant is only open for breakfast so you need to either walk into town for food or have it delivered. There is currently work being done on the hotel so there is scaffolding up. Again, it didn't affect our stay

delicious and complete breakfast, big tea cups, maybe the bacon was a bit well done, everything high standard. Big room . near bussstation

Wygodne łóżko, pyszne śniadania

We like the location.

The master bed is comfortable, but the sofa bed isn’t sturdy or comfortable enough for kids to sleep on, it’s quite uncomfortable. They should have provided a better-quality mattress at least. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working initially, but the kind staff at the front desk quickly fixed the issue.
