We really appreciated the friendliness and professionalism of all the staff we came into contact with. There was an excellent choice at the breakfast buffet, and we particularly liked the local products that were featured. The hotel is very well located, next to the railway station and within 5 minutes walk (through a pedestrian precinct) of the town centre.
Although there is good parking at a very reduced rate in the multi-storey car park opposite we could not initially find anywhere convenient to park to check in. We would have preferred a second armchair in the bedroom (which was after all a double)
