The staff at Puri Mas were excellent, all very friendly and helpful - the highlight of this place! We appreciated being looked after with a great room which had everything we needed, including strong air-con, a huge comfortable bed and large bathroom. The facilities were beautiful and well looked after, amazing large infinity pool and gardens. We ate dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed the food a lot, the nasi goreng was the best on our trip! No complaints at all!
The location is quiet, you can walk along the beach and visit other resorts or a few local warungs but not necessarily get anywhere else without transport. Worked perfectly for our kind of visit though!

Beach front hotel, traditional Lombok room theme, peaceful, nice gardens good pool - see sunset from pool. Very good restaurants nearby as well as in the hotel.
Close to speed boat transit for the Gilli's ( Ayr, Meno & trawan). Worth a visit.
Pewny shower pressure & no flexible auxiliary head for washing your undercarriage. No telephone or if picky TV. Breakfast a semi buffet.

EVERYTHING/ the Gardens, the pool, the restuarant, the view , the stunning sunsets almost every night , the spa amazing Spa- just stunning .
The facilities, The Royal suite we stayed in and mostly the Wonderful Staff . . 😁

Genuinely one of the best places I have ever stayed in. The staff are incredible and make you feel very welcome. They are also able to help you to book onward travel. It really does feel like luxury here
