The hotel staff were the most kind and polite people. I really enjoyed the pool and vibes. I had originally wanted a double bed but when I arrived it was double-booked; so I was given a free room upgrade! I love Puri Dewa, it's my favourite hotel to stay at in Bali!
My seventy-something year old 'neighbour' on the balcony next door to me was super loud with his music, and I didn't like that I could hear every single conversation he had with his boy-toy from Sumatra, but the staff were kind enough to tell him to turn his music off.

Puri Dewa Bharata Hotel & Villas is my first "Go Too' whenn Bali. Staff are lovely and competent and trustworthy.
Facilities are beautiful. We always feel safe and secure.

Location and breakfast both ok
We were put in an upstairs room with the aircon not working, the staff knew this but put us there anyway as if to see we would complain about 30 degrees in our room, we asked to move and they said we should pay for 2 rooms as the luggage was still in the first one. It was after 10pm, we didn’t pay.
