room nice and clean, location is fantastic and pool are very nice indeed. would stay there again in future

room was ok but no coffee was supplied, we had to keep asking for milk, which was powdered milk, considering there was fridge and asked several times for coffee, but we never got any. the kettle doesn't turn off automatically. The room was little, small and not sure why there was a massive chair taking space and no wear to hang any wet clothing on the balcony. location was great and pool area fantastic. When ordering a cocktail, the only option was to order and get on free but having to pay a high price for one. Cannot get to the beach there is no stairs or steps having to walk to Legian for any swimming

Staff were the highlight, very friendly, helpful and provided prompt and helpful assistance when needed. Scenery, view from rooms and rooftop pool with sunset view were all highights, and proximity to the beach was better than expected.

Cleanliness was average, particularly in the bathrooms. There was also a terribly musty smell in the rooms. Central aircon requiring key to be inserted, so the aircon did not stay on when exiting the room. Luckily, the room cooled down quickly when inserting the key. Fridges were not cold, and on request to fix, only one room recevied a replacement fridge. Some of the lights didn't work in one of the rooms. Rooms were quite noisy from street below, as well as neigbouring rooms and beach - no sound proofing. Pool bar had hidden costs with additional fees above promotional prices which was deceiving. Compared to hotels in Legian, it was quite a walk to find good restaurants and bars.
