Room recently refurbished to high standard with estuary view (reed beds/birds/nature). Good food - chef able to deal with dietary requirements. Hotel being modernised & facilities updated so will be even better in future!
Limited menu - but OK for us for a couple of nights.

Comfortable room, good size. Nice pub for dinner next to it with a good river walk. Plenty of free parking.
No air con. There was a sewerage smell in the bar area, they said it was the sea....I don't think it was.

Location very good . The room was a good size. They provided tea and coffee in he room. The new style lobby is very nice. Now do the lodges!
South Lodge very dated . Needs updating desperately . Curtains dirty. Still has unhygienic shower curtain. Bathroom needs updating . Tv is old and doesn’t work properly. No other hotels in area.
