TV remote control missing.
Booked the meal deal dinner was ok but then was informed after I'd finished that I was being charged £7.50 for the desert, I wasn't made aware it was only a two course dinner not even when I was ordering the desert, the hotel receptionist tried to force the extra charger on me on checkout even though I'd spent over £20 in their bar but I refused to pay it.
It felt a bit of a scam to me.
