For our short stay we couldn't fault it

Good quality evening menu.

Very helpful staff who put me in a quieter room as they were showing the football in the bar. Which after a long driving was much appreciated.
To be honest I've stayed here a few times now and never found anything to fault. Just personal preference things like the firmness of the bed.
The worse thing can be the parking as they only have a small area for parking. It's a shame that neither of the local supermarkets allow you to pay for overnight parking. But that is totally out of the hands of The Crown Hotel.

Comfortable for an overnight stay.
Dated but it met all needs.
