Oceny i recenzje
100% sprawdzonych opinii10 / 10Wyjątkowy·paź 2026
The rooms were amazing! Fab decor, clean, well stocked tea and coffee station. Modern bathrooms. Hairdryers provide. Cold water station in lobby, bar well stocked. Very friendly service. Loved the ironing room in the hotel too! Perfect location, right near the train station but not near the noisy bars/clubs in the centre

Location to central York.
Unusual floor layout meant we had to take heavy suitcases down some stairs. Some might not manage too well.

Breakfast good but not exceptional
5 / 10·wrz 2026
View from the window, air con in the room, good shower
Not enough lighting in the room - it was very dark and dingy
Broken toilet roll holder and it was too low down
Accessibility issues with stairs into the hotel and the room we were in had lift access but then additional stairs to get there - no offer of help was given
Breakfast wasn't anywhere near as good as the last time we stayed - the eggs were grainy and bland and the sausages were inedible
