The staff and breakfast were fantastic. Location excellent. My mattress was awful but my friend said his was good. For the price you can not fault it. The hotel is tired but very clean. It is above a pub and was very noisy even though we went in October.
As I said, my mattress was awful. Room tidy and small, but clean. The hotel is run down.

Great location and available parking at £5.10 for 24 hours 2 minutes away in Bath Place car park. Very friendly staff, clean enough except for carpet in room 8 on the first night of my stay, Nice cooked breakfast. Very good value for money overall.
Carpet in room 8 very dirty and worn. Would have appreciated a limited choice of breakfast cereals and maybe some orange juice to accompany the cooked breakfast.

Great hotel great staff great location
Bit noisy in the morning but it’s on a main road so can’t really get away from that

Close to train station, smooth check in, price is reasonable
bathroom is clean with good shower pressure
Mattress need replacing urgently, had very little sleep cause the sprung were hurting my back all night, very unconfortable.
Other issue was the noise, windows was not insulated and you can hear people shouting and fighting until 3am in the morning.
