Ramada by Wyndham Cheltenham

Staff are so polite and respectful really helpful

Nothing

Good location for us, very friendly staff, reception, bar, restaurant and breakfast room were excellent, the breakfast was delicious, not a buffet, breakfast was cooked to order. The room we were in was a bit tacky but the bed was very comfortable. I am of the understanding that it has recently been taken over and is under full refurbishment, If they do as good a job on the rooms as they have downstairs it will be a fabulous hotel. Good luck with your refurbishment, regards.
